AIN/Cert IV Employment Requirements
- A valid Drivers Licence & your own transport
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III (three) OR Certificate IV (four) in Nursing with current industry experience and related employment within the nursing industry
- Vaccination currency as industry mandated or an applicable medical exemption
- Australian Criminal Record Clearance Police Service (Federal Police) or (National Police Clearance – From local Police Station) OR from a CrimTrac accredited agency NO older than 3 years from the date of issue.
- NDISWC (NDIS Worker Screening Check) – From 1st February 2021, this check is now mandatory and required for all NDIS funded supports, to ensure currency across varied healthcare sectors. If you have a current NDISWC, please submit your screening check details. Alternatively, apply here (please contact us to obtain our Business Name and Registration ID)
- NSW Office of the Guardians of the Children – Working With Children Check (WWCC) to ensure currency across varied healthcare sectors.
- Resume with 2 current, contactable industry-related referees. They must be regarding your work as a Nurse or your performance in your course.
- Bank Account Details
- Tax File Number
- Superannuation Information which includes membership cards and a Letter of Compliance from your nominated fund
Disability Support Worker Requirements
- Certificate III in Disability Services and/or Aged Care with a current minimum of 12 months industry experience and current industry related employment within the healthcare nursing industry.
- RN & EEN nursing staff must have a current AHPRA registration
- Vaccination currency as industry mandated or an applicable medical exemption
- Two industry-related references supplied
- Current Drivers Licence
- Right to Work in Australia documentation i.e. Australian Birth Certificate, Australian Passport or Valid VISA with work rights etc
- All employees working in the Disability Support sector MUST have an Australian Criminal Record Clearance Police Service (Federal Police) or (National Police Clearance – From local Police Station) OR from a CrimTrac accredited agency NO older than 3 years from the date of issue.
- NSW Office of the Guardians of the Children – Working With Children Check (WWCC) to ensure currency across varied healthcare sectors.
- Positive Behaviour Support & De-escalation Training and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention certificates are preferred.

- Australian Criminal Record Clearance Police Service (Federal Police) or (National Police Clearance – From local Police Station) OR from a CrimTrac accredited agency NO older than 3 years from the date of issue.
